About Us

Company Overview
Elite M&E Engineering Co.Ltd (ELITE) is a manufacturer of automatic dosing systems and skid-mounted process packages, based in Changshu, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province — in the heart of the Yangtze River Delta industrial belt, about 100 km from Shanghai.
We design and build complete dosing systems for water treatment, wastewater treatment, and industrial process applications, covering chemical dosing, powder preparation, corrosion and scale inhibition, disinfection, and circulating-water treatment. Every system is engineered in 3D modelling software for accuracy and structural safety, and can be supplied with PLC automation and touchscreen HMI control, ready to run from day one.

Our Factory
Our manufacturing base in Changshu combines fabrication, assembly and testing under one roof. Skids are welded, fitted, piped and wired in-house, then wet-tested before delivery so that customers receive packages that are ready to install, connect and start up.

  • Custom engineering in 3D modelling software (layout, piping, structure and stress checks)
  • Automatic chemical dosing systems: metering pumps, tanks, mixers and injection quills
  • Dry powder preparation and dosing: PAC/PAM three-chamber dissolving units
  • Skid-mounted process packages: pump skids, heat transfer skids, cooling-water and injection packages
  • PLC / HMI control cabinets, field instrumentation and remote monitoring options
  • In-house welding, piping, wiring and complete factory acceptance testing (FAT)
Quality & Certifications
Quality is controlled from incoming material inspection through to final factory testing. Our products and processes are supported by national patents and pressure-equipment compliance, and every system is dispatched with complete documentation: drawings, ITP, test reports and manuals.
