How the System Works
A heat transfer skid is a pre-assembled thermal loop that moves energy between a primary source (boiler, chiller, waste-heat stream) and the process. By packaging pumps, exchanger, expansion vessel and controls on one tested frame, it shortens site installation, simplifies commissioning and gives a single, accountable equipment boundary with known performance.

- Thermal-fluid or hot-water circulation pumps
- Plate or shell-and-tube heat exchanger
- Expansion tank, safety valve and make-up
- Temperature, pressure and flow transmitters
- PLC control cabinet with touchscreen HMI
