How the System Works
Plating quality depends on keeping additive concentrations within a narrow band. An electroplating additive dosing system replenishes brighteners and levellers automatically, either by ampere-hour counting or by production throughput, so the bath stays in specification and rejects fall. It also reduces chemical waste compared with manual top-up.
