How the System Works

Acid dosing is the standard way to correct high alkalinity and pH in cooling, process and wastewater streams. Because strong acids are hazardous, the system uses PVDF/PTFE wetted parts, a bunded and ventilated enclosure and leak detection, while a pH analyser trims the dose for stable, safe control without manual handling.
