We reply to every enquiry within one working day, and can usually turn around a preliminary layout and quotation within 3–5 working days.

What to Include in an Enquiry

Application (drinking water, wastewater, boiler feedwater, process water, etc.)
Chemical to be dosed (PAC, PAM, NaOCl, acid, corrosion inhibitor...) and concentration
Required dosing capacity (L/h or kg/h) and discharge pressure (bar)
Control preference: manual, automatic with PLC/HMI, or integration with your DCS
Site conditions: indoor/outdoor, ambient temperature, power supply, space limits
